Used Official Cars of DPRD Members to Be Auctioned

Jakarta Provincial Government will auction the official cars used by Jakarta Parliament (DPRD) members in period 2009-2014. According the rule, those official cars are intended for five-year usage only.
Before holding the auction, we will first check the cars’ age. If it’s five years, the auction will be done right away
The official cars to be auctioned are in accordance to the composition of five chairmen and 89 members. Meaning, there are five Toyota Camry cars and 89 Toyota Corolla Altis cars. The auction itself will be done by Jakarta Finance Management Board (BKD).
“Before holding the auction, we will first check the cars’ age. If it’s five years, the auction will be done right away,” stated Head of Jakarta BKD, Endang Widjajanti, Thursday (8/28).
106 Jakarta DPRD Members InauguratedUnfortunately, Widjajanti cannot confirm yet when the auction would be held. Moreover, from a total of 94 official cars, only 26 of them have been returned by DPRD members.
